Friendship Heights DC
The house had great bones but the kitchen and dining needed opening up to be reconfigured for a modern lifestyle. The deck needed to be torn down and the basement needed two sets of sliding French doors to let light in and enable access onto a new patio made out of brick to match the house. An inviting outdoor living space was created around the back and the traditional front was enhanced by two new crepe myrtle trees. Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac just five minutes walk around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Friendship Heights metro station in downtown Washington DC.
