Colonial in Kensington MD

The house was built in 1947. The original details in this house are exceptional. And we are grateful that, although other people have occupied the house, the original design has never been altered. Many builders and developers looked at this 10,093 square foot corner lot to scrap the house.  In a way, we feel like we have saved this treasure. The previous owner, a tree expert, came by and was in awe of the transformation. We had our mission - bring it back to its original grandeur, and I am humbly proud to have successfully met the challenge.
